Principal in Charge

Lorna Humphrey is a Registered Environmental Professional with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans.

Lorna has twenty five years of experience working in the Petrochemical, Refining, Exploration & Production, and Oil & Gas industries and is the Principal-in-Charge of Innovative Technical Services, a small, woman, and minority owned business certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Currently, Lorna serves as the Deputy Project Manager, Support Services Manager, and Project Engineer for the ongoing Architect/Engineer contract for the Department of Energy's Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
